From SMEs to FTSE 100 organisations, Dan has spent his career understanding how businesses work and finding practical solutions that make life easier. Today, that experience helps customers benefit from the same professional standards, delivered with a much more personal approach.

For more than 25 years, Natalie has helped businesses stay organised, compliant and financially in control.
Throughout her career, she has worked across finance and accountancy, supporting both established organisations and independent businesses. Her experience includes working alongside Daniel at The Shredding Alliance, freelance consultancy for small businesses, and most recently serving as Finance Director at Russell Richardson in Sheffield.
Today, Natalie brings that same calm, organised approach to Scan Archive Shred. She ensures every project runs smoothly from first enquiry through to completion and every customer receives the personal service the business is built on.
Away from work, you’ll usually find Natalie and Daniel exploring the Peak District with their dog, Denby.
